Ingredients
- Coffee: 60–90 ml CARTEL espresso coffee
- Liquids: 80 ml fresh milk
- Additional:
- 20 ml strawberry syrup
- Plenty of ice cubes
- Decoration: Fresh strawberry, optional
Preparation method
- Fill a tall glass with plenty of ice cubes.
- Add the strawberry syrup over the ice.
- Carefully pour the fresh milk into the glass.
- Prepare the espresso and let it cool for a short while.
- Slowly pour the espresso on top to create beautiful layers.
- Decorate with a fresh strawberry, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the delicate strawberry flavor.
