- Coffee: 60 ml CARTEL coffee espresso
- Liquids: 150–180 ml pink tonic
- Additionally: Lots of ice cubes
- Decoration: Strawberry, lemon or orange slices as desired

An elegant combination of sparkling pink tonic, lots of ice and aromatic CARTEL espresso coffee. A fresh, slightly fruity and pleasantly bitter taste that turns every sip into a real summer pleasure.
- Fill a tall glass with lots of ice cubes.
- Pour the pink tonic over the ice.
- Prepare the espresso and let it cool briefly.
- Slowly pour the espresso over the tonic to form beautiful layers.
- Garnish with a strawberry, lemon or orange slice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh taste.
