OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL GAME

„WIN AN AMERICAN TOURISTER SUITCASE,

FULL WITH CARTEL COFFEE“

 

1. Organizer

The promotional game „Win an American Tourister suitcase, full of CARTEL coffee“ („The Game“) is organized and conducted by „Horeka Plovdiv“ Ltd., UIC 203541080, with registered office and management address: Plovdiv, 28 Mladezhka Street, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer“.

 

2. Period of holding

The game is held in the period from 00:00 on 18.06.2026 to 23:59 on 18.08.2026.

The drawing of the winning participants will be carried out on 19.08.2026.

 

3. Right to participate

3.1. All individuals who have reached the age of 18 on the date of participation and reside on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria are eligible to participate in the Game.

3.2. The following are not eligible to participate:

  • employees of the Organizer;
  • persons involved in the organization and conduct of the Game;
  • family members of the persons listed above.

 

4. Participation Mechanism

To participate in the Game, you must:

  • Purchase CARTEL coffee products – capsules or coffee beans from participating retail outlets in the Republic of Bulgaria or from the online store
  • Save the receipt from the purchase (for the online store you will receive it after receiving your shipment)
  • Register the receipt by filling out the form on the site:
    https://game.cartelcaffe.com/game
  • Enter the requested participation data correctly.

Each validly registered receipt entitles you to one participation in the raffle.

The same receipt can only be registered once.

 

5. Prizes

A total of three (3) winning participants will be drawn.

Each winner receives:

  • 1 pc. American Tourister suitcase;
  • 1 pack of CARTEL GOLD coffee beans;
  • 5 boxes of CARTEL Armonico coffee capsules;
  • 5 boxes of CARTEL Venice coffee capsules;
  • 5 boxes of CARTEL Milan coffee capsules;
  • 5 boxes of CARTEL Classico coffee capsules;
  • 5 boxes of CARTEL Colombia coffee capsules;
  • 5 boxes of CARTEL Decaffeinated coffee capsules.

The prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent or other goods.

 

6. Determination of the winners

6.1. On 19.08.2026, the Organizer will conduct a random draw of three winning participants from among all validly registered entries.

6.2. Reserve winning participants will also be drawn in case one of the main winners cannot be found or does not meet the conditions for receiving the prize.

6.3. The results will be published on the game website and/or on the official communication channels of the CARTEL brand.

 

7. Receiving the prizes

7.1. The winning participants will be notified via the contact details provided by them.

7.2. To receive the prize, the Organizer may request presentation of the original receipt.

7.3. If a winning participant does not contact the Organizer or does not provide the necessary documents within 14 calendar days after notification, the Organizer has the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.

 

8. Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • incorrectly entered data by participants;
  • technical problems beyond its control;
  • lost, destroyed or illegible receipts.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants in case of suspected abuse, fraud or violation of these rules.

 

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

9.1. The administrator of personal data is “Horeca Plovdiv“ Ltd.

9.2. By participating in the Game, participants voluntarily provide the following personal data:

  • name and surname;
  • phone number;
  • email;
  • receipt data;
  • adress for delivery of the prize (only for winners).

9.3. The data is processed for the following purposes:

  • administration and conduct of the Game;
  • establishment of valid participation;
  • determination and notification of the winners;
  • awarding the prizes;
  • fulfillment of legal obligations.

9.4. The legal basis for processing the data is:

  • fulfillment of the terms of the Game;
  • legitimate interest of the Organizer;
  • fulfillment of regulatory obligations.

9.5. Personal data will not be provided to third parties, except when necessary for the delivery of the prizes or as provided for by law.

9.6. The data will be stored for a period of up to 12 months after the end of the Game, unless applicable law requires a longer period.

9.7. Each participant has the right:

  • to access their data;
  • to correct inaccurate data;
  • to delete data, where applicable;
  • to restrict processing;
  • to object to processing;
  • to file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).

10. Final provisions

10.1. By participating in the Game, each participant accepts these rules.

10.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the rules, and any changes will be published on the Game website.

10.4. For all unresolved issues, the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
